Special Resolution of The China Light and Power Co. (1918), Ltd., pursuant to Section 70 of The Com- panies Ordinance, 1911.

Passed on the 30th day of March, 1927. Confirmed on the 21st day of April, 1927.

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the Mem- bers of the above Company duly convened, and held at the Registered Office of the Company, St. George's Building, Chater Road, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Wednesday, the 30th day of March, 1927, the following Special Resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on Thursday, the 21st day of April, 1927, the following Special Resolution was duly confirmed:-

That the regulations contained in the printed document submitted to the Meeting and for the purpose of identification subscribed by the Chairman thereof be approved and adopted as the Articles of Association of the Company in substitution for and to the exclusion of all exist- ing Articles thereof.
